ANNUAL EASTER BEAUTY PAGEANTS

You are cordially invited to participate in SOUTHERN BEAUTIES & BEAUS “2010” EASTER PAGEANTS. This year we are having FOUR pageants.

Our first Easter Pageant will be the 23rd ANNUAL MISS & MASTER EASTER SWEETHEART PAGEANT
and it will be held in Pell City, AL on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Pell City Civic Center. The Pell City Civic Center’s address is 2801 Stemley Bridge Road, Cropwell, AL.

Our second Easter Pageant will be the 27th ANNUAL MISS & MASTER EASTER
PAGEANT and it will be held in Cullman, AL on Saturday, March 20, 2010, at the Cullman Civic Center. The Cullman Civic Center’s address is 510 5th St. SW, Cullman, AL.

Our third pageant (our newest location) will be the ANNUAL MISS & MASTER EASTER PAGEANT to be held in Scottsboro, AL at the Collins Elementary School. The school’s address is 102 Legion Dr.,Scottsboro, AL.

Our Fourth pageant will be the 10TH ANNUAL MISS & MASTER EASTER PAGEANT to be held in Sheffield,
AL on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Sheffield Holiday Inn. The address to the Holiday Inn is 4900 Hatch Blvd., Sheffield, AL.

Please Note: My Easter pageants that are being held in Pell City, in Cullman, and in Sheffield are the original Easter pageants that have been held in these areas for years. We are known for running very honest & well organized pageants that begins on time. We make sure that all our contestants receive something special for being in our pageants. You can enter in just one, two, three, or in all FOUR pageants, however, if you choose to enter in three or all four of the pageants, you can enter all events in the first two pageants for full price each, & then enter all events in the third and fourth pageants for 1/2 Price Each! We will be keeping a total of each contestant’s overall highpoint score from EACH Easter Pageant. We will crown an Easter Highpoint
Winner and two runner-ups. The HIGHPOINT WINNERS will receive a NICE CROWN, and a $100.00 Savings Bond. Two runner-ups will receive a NICE CROWN and a $50.00 Savings Bond. You are only required to enter just TWO of the four Easter Pageants in order to try for Easter Highpoint. In EACH Easter Pageant we will crown Two Queens/Kings, One Princess/Prince, & 4 alternates in EACH age division plus many other numerous awards. Every contestant who enters in one or more of the Easter Pageants will be invited to participate in the World’s Precious children National Pageant to be held May 15th & 16th in Atlanta, GA. You are not obligated to attend the National pageant in order to be in the Easter Pageants, however, every contestant who enters one or all Easter Pageants and goes on to the National pageant will receive their SUPREME PACKAGE PAID TO THE
NATIONAL PAGEANT - ($390.00 Value). Don’t miss your opportunity to receive this fantastic award!!! Special guest at the Easter Pageants will be the Easter Bunny. He loves to have his picture made so be sure & bring your camera or have some really nice pictures made by our professional photographer. Every contestant who enters all events in one or more Easter pageants will receive a very lovely Trophy, Easter Basket filled with goodies, plus your $390 SUPREME PACKAGE PAID to WPC Nationals!!! Girls who get their entry in early will also receive a BEAUTIFUL RHINESTONE CROWN. Boys will receive a very nice Easter Medallion! EARLY ENTRIES:  Girl contestants who enter ALL EVENTS who get their entry & a $15.00 deposit postmarked 1 & 1/2 weeks before the pageant they plan to attend which will be March 2nd for Pell City Pageant, March 9th for Cullman Pageant, March 16th for the Scottsboro Pageant, & March 30th for Sheffield Pageant, will receive a BEAUTIFUL RHINESTONE CROWN!!!  Boy contestants will receive a nice EASTER MEDALLION. Your $15.00 deposit will come off your entry fee. You can pay your balance at the door (CASH ONLY). We cannot accept any checks at pre-registration or at the door. If you miss the early entry date & still wish for your child to receive a crown or medallion, you can send in $10.00 over their entry fee & I will get them one. If this is your first pageant with us, please let me know & you will also receive a beautiful custom designed silk screened
Garment Bag with our logo on it at the pageant just for trying our pageant system. If you enter in all events, you will receive a beautiful Crown (girls) Medallion (boys), nice Trophy, & Easter Basket in each Easter pageant that you enter!!!
 

 

 


 

 

 


AGE DIVISIONS:
Contestants may compete in age division they are one month prior to pageant or move to older division

GIRLS: 0-12 Mo., 13-24 Mo., 25-36 Mo., 3-4 Yr., 5-6 Yrs., 7-9 Yrs., 10-13 Yrs., 14-up
BOYS: 0-36 Mo. & 3-up

AGE DIVISION QUEENS/KINGS: We will crown TWO WINNERS in EACH division. One winner will be the contestant in EACH age division with the highest score in beauty after the Grand Supreme Winner in each age group has been determined. The other winner will be the contestant in EACH age division with the next highest score in beauty who has not won their age division in one of my Easter Pageants this year. Both winners will receive a beautiful Easter Trophy, gorgeous Easter Crown, Easter Basket filled with goodies, Silk Banner, adorable Easter Bunny, picture on next year’s entry form, & if there are 12 or more contestants in your age division, a $20.00 Pageant Cash Certificate. Winners will also receive their $390 SUPREME PACKAGE PAID to WPC Nationals!!!

PRINCESS/PRINCE: This will be the contestant with the next highest score in beauty. Winner in EACH age division will receive a nice Trophy, Easter Crown, Easter Basket, Banner, Easter Bunny, picture on next year’s entry form, plus their $390 SUPREME PACKAGE PAID to WPC Nationals.

FOUR BEAUTY ALTERNATES in EACH age division will receive a nice Trophy, Easter Basket, Easter Bunny, plus their $390 SUPREME PACKAGE PAID to WPC Nationals!!!

Contestants not placing as a Grand Supreme Winner, Queen/King, Princess/Prince, or Beauty Alternate will receive a beautiful Easter Trophy, Easter Basket, plus their $390 SUPREME PACKAGE PAID to WPC Nationals!!!

We believe ALL of our contestants are WINNERS and everyone will get some very nice prizes at the Easter pageants!!! We  will crown 20 Age Division Queens/Kings, 10 Princess/Prince, 40 or more Alternates, 10 Photogenic Winners, 10 Most  Beautiful/Handsome Winners, 10 Prettiest Eyes Winners, 10 Best Dressed Winners, 10 Living Doll Winners, 10 Easter Royalty Winners, 2 Overall Photogenic Winners, and 10 Grand Supreme Winners in EACH pageant. Wow! This is a total of 142 AWARDS given at EACH pageant!!!

TEN AGE DIVISION GRAND SUPREME WINNERS

We will crown a GRAND SUPREME WINNER in EVERY AGE GROUP!!! Winners will receive an OVERALL SILK BANNER, beautiful FUR-TRIMMED EASTER ROBE, LOVELY TROPHY, EASTER BASKET, EASTER BUNNY, GORGEOUS 12 INCH TALL CUSTOM-DESIGNED EASTER BUNNY CROWN, picture on next year’s entry form, & with 10 in your age division, a $100.00 SAVINGS BOND GUARANTEED. Winners will also get their $390 SUPREME PACKAGE PAID to the WPC National Pageant. These Easter Bunny Crowns are absolutely gorgeous!!! These 10 winners will have the highest score in beauty.

PLEASE NOTE: All side events such as Prettiest Eyes, Best Dressed, Most Beautiful/Handsome, plus any side events  added at the door will be judged during your beauty walk or line up. You only have to compete on stage one time.

SPONSOR TICKETS: You may sell $2.00 Sponsor Tickets to cover all or part of your entry fees & you can also sell extra tickets for prizes. Each ticket sells for $2.00 Each. Prizes that you receive from selling tickets are guaranteed & has nothing to do with the prizes that you might win in the beauty pageant which are chosen strictly by the judges. When a person buys a ticket from you, they are helping to sponsor your child in the pageant. As a complimentary measure, we will give away some door prizes during the pageants & we will put their name into the drawing. If you are selling tickets for prizes, your ticket money should be mailed in one week before the pageant you plan to enter so that I can get your prizes ordered in time. You can turn tickets in
at the door if working on entry fee only, however, you need to send your $15 deposit in early so that you will receive the special Easter Crown. Deposits will come off your ticket sales. Listed below are the amount of tickets you can sell to enter all events and for ticket sale prizes:

Sell 65 TICKETS (40 tickets each if coming with a friend) & you will be entered in ALL EVENTS ON THIS FORM FOR FREE plus any events added at the door.
Sell 85 TICKETS (65 tickets each if coming with a friend) and you will receive ALL EVENTS FREE plus a Gorgeous 2 FOOT EASTER TROPHY.
Sell 110 TICKETS (85 tickets each if coming with a friend) & you will receive ALL EVENTS FREE, plus a Gorgeous 3 FOOT EASTER TROPHY & GIFT.
Sell 135 TICKETS (105 tickets each if coming with a friend) & you will receive ALL EVENTS FREE plus a Gorgeous 6 FOOT TROPHY & GIFT. The two contestants, one from 0-36 Mo. Girls & Boys & one from 3-up Girls & Boys who sells the most tickets (must be 255 or more tickets) will be crowned Easter Queen of Queens or King of Kings & will receive ALL of the prizes for selling 135 tickets plus they will also receive a beautiful CROWN, ROBE, $50 CASH plus their picture on next year’s entry form!

Pageant Friends & Family Special - If you are coming with a pageant friend, you & your friend will receive a discount on the number of tickets that you have to sell for your entry fee and for the nice ticket sale prizes. For Example, if you both want to enter in all events & get a 6 Ft. Trophy & Gift, you can each sell 105 tickets instead of 135 tickets & both of you will receive the 6 foot trophy & gift plus all events free in the pageant!!!. This does not apply to the Queen of Queens or King of Kings - only two contestants, one from the morning pageant & one from the evening pageant are eligible for this award.


DOOR ADMISSION: Adults - $5.00........Children 10-under - $3.00.
This applies to everyone but the contestant.

PRE-REGISTRATION:
Pre-registration for the Pell City Pageant will be Friday, March 12th, at the Pell City Civic Center from 3-6
PM. Pre-registration for the Cullman Pageant will be Friday, March 19th, at the Cullman Civic Center from 3-6 PM. Pre-registration for the Scottsboro Pageant will be Friday, March 26th, at the Collins Elementary School from 4-6 PM, and  Pre-registration for the Sheffield Pageant will be Friday, April 9th, at the Sheffield Holiday Inn from 4-6 PM.
It is not mandatory to attend pre-registration but it will keep you from having to be at the pageant as early on Saturday plus everyone who comes to pre-registration will receive a schedule of what time you will go on stage. If the stage is available, you can also practice. You can enter the pageant at pre-registration or on the day of the pageant but please call & let me know if you plan to do this so that I can have plenty of prizes for everyone.

JUDGES will be qualified & will be from out of town for EACH pageant. You will receive your scores at crowning.

EASTER STAR AWARDS will go to the three contestants who refer the most contestants to the pageant.
(Must refer at least 3 contestants to qualify) Winners will receive a nice AWARD!!! Please call if you need extra forms to pass out or extra sponsor tickets. You may also make copies of your application and sponsor tickets.


PAGEANT & REGISTRATION TIME ON DAY OF PAGEANT FOR ALL FOUR PAGEANTS: Contestants 0-36 Mo. Girls
& Boys register on Saturday morning from 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM. Pageant time will begin at 10:30 AM. Girls & Boys 3-up will register from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Pageant time for 3-up begins at 2:30 PM.
