ANNUAL MISS AND MASTER EASTER
BEAUTY PAGEANTS

SOUTHERN BEAUTIES & BEAUS “2012” EASTER MINI
NATIONAL PAGEANTS.
This year we are giving a mini version of
our breathtaking Southern Beauties and Beaus
National Crowns. They are beautiful.
We are still keeping the same price to
enter. Wow! You can come to a mini national
pageant that gives great prizes but you can
still enter for the price of a preliminary
pageant.
We are having FOUR pageants.
Our first Easter Pageant will be the GADSDEN
MISS & MASTER EASTER MINI NATIONAL PAGEANT and it will be held in Gadsden, AL on
February 25, 2012, at the Elliott Community
Center in Gadsden, AL.The address is 2829 W. Meighan Blvd. Hwy.
431, Gadsden, AL.
Our second Mini National Easter Pageant will
be the 25th ANNUAL MISS & MASTER EASTER
SWEETHEART PAGEANT
and it will be held in Pell City, AL on
Saturday, March 10, 2012, at the Pell City
Civic Center.
The Pell City Civic Center’s address is 2801
Stemley Bridge Road, Cropwell, AL.
Our third Easter Mini National Pageant will
be the 29th ANNUAL MISS & MASTER EASTER
PAGEANT and it will be held
in Cullman, AL on Saturday, March 17, 2012,
at the Cullman Civic Center. The Cullman
Civic Center’s address is
510 5th St. SW, Cullman, AL
Our fourth Easter Mini National pageant will
be the 12TH ANNUAL MISS & MASTER EASTER
PAGEANT to be held in
Sheffield, AL on Saturday, March 24, 2012,
at the Emerald River Hotel (formerly the
Sheffield Holiday Inn).
Their address is 4900 Hatch Blvd.,
Sheffield, AL.
Please Note: My Easter
pageants that are being held in Pell City,
in Cullman, and in Sheffield are the
original Easter pageants that have been held
in these areas for years.
We have also held Easter pageants in Gadsden
in the past. You can enter in just one, two,
three, or in all FOUR pageants,
however, if you choose to enter in three or
all four of the pageants, you can enter all
events in the first two pageants for
full price each, & then enter all events in
the third and fourth pageants for 1/2 Price
Each!
We will be keeping a total of each
contestant’s overall highpoint score from
EACH Easter Pageant. We will crown an Easter Highpoint Winner and
two runner-ups. The HIGHPOINT WINNERS will
receive a NICE CROWN,
and a $100.00 Savings Bond. Two runner-ups
will receive a NICE CROWN and a $50.00
Savings Bond.
You are only required to enter just TWO of
the four Easter Pageants in order to try for
Easter Highpoint.
In EACH Easter Pageant we will crown a Grand
Supreme Queen/King, a Queen/King,
Princess/Prince, & 4 alternates in EACH age division plus many
other numerous awards. Every contestant who
enters in one or
more of the Easter Pageants will be invited
to participate in the World’s Precious
children National Pageant
to be held May 18th, 19th, & 20th in
Atlanta, GA. You are not obligated to attend the National
pageant in order to be in the Easter
Pageants, however, every contestant who enters one or all
Easter Pageants and goes on to the National
pageant will receive their
SUPREME PACKAGE PAID TO THE NATIONAL PAGEANT
- ($390.00 Value).

the Easter Bunny. He loves to have his
picture made so be sure & bring your camera
or have some really
nice pictures made by our professional
photographer. Every contestant who enters
all events in one or more

on MARCH 24TH.

EARLY ENTRIES: Contestants
who enter ALL EVENTS who get their entry & a
$15.00 deposit postmarked 1 & 1/2 weeks
before the pageant they plan to attend which
will be February 15th for the Gadsden
Pageant, February 29th for the Pell City
Pageant,
March 7th for the Cullman Pageant, & March
14th for the Sheffield Pageant, will receive
a SPECIAL EASTER GIFT plus they can bring a
friend who hasn‘t competed in our pageant
system in the last year for a big
discount!!! See back of form for rate. You
both will need to send in a $15 deposit by
the early entry date. You can pay your
balance at the door (CASH ONLY). We cannot
accept any checks at pre-registration or at
the door.
If this is your first pageant with us,
please let me know & you will also receive a
beautiful custom designed silk screened
Garment Bag with our logo on it at the
pageant just for trying our pageant system.

PHOTOGENIC: Winner in EACH age
division will receive a beautiful Easter
Trophy . Only one picture with special
or you may enter extra pictures for
$10.00 each. Anyone who enters two extra
pictures for $20.00, can enter a fourth
& fifth picture for FREE!!!
You will need to bring a picture of your
child to registration if you enter
photogenic. You do not have to be
present for the photogenic judging.
Pictures can be black/white or color.
Please take pictures out of frames.
Please be sure and pick up pictures
after the pageant.

SPONSOR TICKETS: You may sell
$2.00 Sponsor Tickets to cover all or
part of your entry fees & you can also
sell extra tickets for prizes. Each
ticket sells for $2.00 Each. Prizes that
you receive from selling tickets are
guaranteed & has nothing to do with the
prizes that you might win in the beauty
pageant which are chosen strictly by the
judges. When a person buys a ticket from
you, they are helping to sponsor your
child in the pageant. As a complimentary
measure, we will give away some door
prizes during the pageants & we will put
their name into the drawing. If you are
selling tickets for prizes, your ticket
money should be mailed in one week
before the pageant you plan to enter so
that I can get your prizes ordered in
time. You can turn tickets in at the
door if working on entry fee only,
however, you need to send your $15
deposit in early so that we will know
how many prizes to order. Deposits will
come off your ticket sales.
Listed below are the amount of tickets
you can sell to enter all events and for
ticket sale prizes:
Sell 65 TICKETS (40 tickets each
if coming with a friend) & you will be
entered in ALL EVENTS ON
THIS FORM FOR FREE plus any events added
at the door.
Sell 90 TICKETS (70 tickets each
if coming with a friend) and you will
receive ALL EVENTS FREE
plus a Gorgeous 2 FOOT EASTER TROPHY &
GIFT. Sell 110 TICKETS (90 tickets each
if coming with a friend) & you will
receive ALL EVENTS FREE, plus a Gorgeous
3 FOOT EASTER TROPHY & GIFT.
Sell 135 TICKETS (105 tickets
each if coming with a friend) & you will
receive ALL EVENTS FREE plus
a Gorgeous 6 FOOT TROPHY, GIFT, & YOUR
PICTURE ON NEXT YEAR’S ENTRY FORM.
The two contestants, one from 0-36 Mo.
Girls & Boys & one from 3-up Girls &
Boys who sells the most
tickets (must be 255 or more tickets)
will be crowned Easter Queen of Queens
or King of Kings & will receive ALL of
the prizes for selling 135 tickets plus
they will also receive a beautiful
CROWN, ROBE, $50 CASH plus their picture
on next year’s entry form!
Pageant Friends & Family Special - If
you are coming with a pageant friend,
you & your friend will receive a
discount on the number of tickets that
you have to sell for your entry fee and
for the nice ticket sale prizes.
For Example, if you both want to enter
in all events & get a 6 Ft. Trophy &
Gift plus your picture on next year‘s
form, you can each sell 105 tickets
instead of 135 tickets & both of you
will receive the 6 foot trophy & gift
plus all events free in the pageant plus
both of you will get your picture on
next year‘s form!!!
This does not apply to the Queen of
Queens or King of Kings - only two
contestants, one from the morning
pageant & one from the evening pageant
are eligible for this award.
DOOR ADMISSION: Adults -
$5.00........Children 10-under - $3.00. This applies to everyone but the contestant.
PRE-REGISTRATION:
Pre-registration for the Gadsden
Pageant will be Friday, February 24th at
the Elliott Community Center from
2:45-4:45 PM. The Elliott closes at 5 PM
on Friday so please be there early.
Pre-registration for the Pell City
Pageant
will be Friday, March 9th, at the Pell
City Civic Center from 3-6 PM.
Pre-registration for the Cullman Pageant
will be Friday, March 16th at the
Cullman Civic Center from 3-6 PM.
Pre-registration for the Sheffield
Pageant
will be Friday, March 23rd, at the
Emerald Rivers Hotel from 4-6 PM.
It is not mandatory to attend
pre-registration but it will keep you
from having to be at the pageant as
early on Saturday plus everyone who
comes to pre-registration will receive a
schedule of what time you will go on
stage. If the stage is available, you
can also practice. You can enter the
pageant at pre-registration or on the
day of the pageant but please call & let
me know if you plan to do this so that I
can have plenty of prizes for everyone.
JUDGES will be qualified & will be from
out of town for EACH pageant. You will
receive your scores at crowning.
EASTER STAR AWARDS will go to the
three contestants who refer the most
contestants to the pageant.
(Must refer at least 3 contestants to
qualify) Winners will receive a nice
AWARD!!!
Please call if you need extra forms to
pass out or extra sponsor tickets. You
may also make copies of your application
and sponsor tickets.
